A Little about Susanne and Karl

Susanne grew up in Monmouth County and has been an active member of the community for years including having held various leadership positions in several non profit organizations... Having run her own accounting business and later an interior design firm, she has excellent organizational, sales and marketing skills as well as a commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.  Her pride of the area is evident with the “insider” information she shares with all who wish to know more.  She raised two boys who have equally enjoyed all that Monmouth County has to offer including sailing and boating on the Shrewsbury River.  Her oldest son went on to become a collegiate All-American Sailor.  Karl grew up in Wayne, New Jersey but has been living in Monmouth County since 1997. Karl’s people skills are evident from the moment you meet him and realize that he not only listens well but goes beyond what’s expected of him. Susanne and Karl currently live in historical Locust with their two Golden Retrievers, Clicquout and Remy.  In their spare time, they enjoy kayaking, cooking and restoring their 100+ year old carriage house.
